| Abstract: | The thesis analyzes the biggest international fraud cases, including the reasons why a fraud is caused and the way it affects individuals, organizations and firms. My aim is to warn people of different ways of financial cheating. The first part explains the reasons and the ways how fraud cases were caused in different years and countries, for example Matrix scheme, Ponzi scheme, scheme of American businessman Madoff. The second part is concretely concentrated on Albania. Albanian pyramid schemes in 1997 allow us to better understand the fraud effects. It analyzes the economic, political and social effects and the preventive measures that state should have taken, in order to prevent such a big collapse. |

| Abstract: | Práce analyzuje největší mezinárodní finanční podvody, včetně důvodů jejích vzniku a způsobů ovlivnění lidí, organizace a firmy. Cílem mé práce je upozornit lidi o různých způsobech finančních podvaděni. V první časti jsou uvedeny důvody a způsoby vzniku finančních podvodů v různých časových obdobích a zemích, např. Matrix schéma, Ponziho schémata, schéma amerického podnikatele Madoffa .Ve druhé časti se soustředím konkrétně na Albánii. Albánské pyramidální hry v roce 1997 umožňují nám lépe porozumět struktuře finančních podvodů a jejích důsledků na příkladu jednoho státu. Jsou analyzovány ekonomické, politické a sociální účinky a preventivní opatření, které musí stát zavést k tomu, aby mohl zabránit velký kolaps. |
