| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce je najít prostor pro vznik a rozvoj firmy operující na realitním trhu. Tento prostor je hledán na základě analýzy realitního trhu a jeho možností v perspektivě současných ekonomických problémů. Podnikatelským cílem projektu je zaměření se na projektový management realitních projektů. Práce se drží dvou tématických rovin. První je trh realit a druhou podnikatelský plán. Teoretický přístup k trhu realit je představen v první podkapitole teoretické části této práce. V druhé polovině teoretické části je popsán způsob vypracování podnikatelského plánu. V praktické části je nejprve analyzován vývoj českého trhu realit a následně sestaven podnikatelský plán společnosti United Project Management s.r.o. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this disseration is to find a place for the rise and development of a firm operating on the real estate market. This is achieved on the basis of the real estate market analysis and its opportunities in the perspective of current economic problems. There are two main topics in this thesis: the first one concerns the real estate market and the second one concerns the business plan. The theoretical approach both to the real esate market and the business plan is presented in the theoretical part. In the applicational part is firstly analysed the Czech real esate market, which is folloved by the business plan of United Project Management company. |
