| Abstract: | Cílem této práce je analýza a zhodnocení ekonomické situace společnosti AC Sparta Praha fotbal, a.s. V práci jsou aplikovány obecně používané postupy a nástroje k posouzení akciové společnosti. Situace Sparty Praha je porovnána i s dalšími kluby. Vzhledem k tomu, že do současné doby jsem nedohledal žádnou studii, která by komplexně zhodnotila ekonomický stav českého fotbalového klubu, považuji právě tento fakt za největší přínos této analýzy. |

| Abstract: | The goal of this diploma thesis is to analyze and evaluate situation of the corporation AC Sparta Praha fotbal, a.s. (AC Sparta Prague football). In the diploma thesis, there are applied generally used approaches and instruments for analysis of joint stock company. The situation of Sparta Prague is compared also with other clubs. I can see the biggest contribution of my work in a fact that till this time there is no analysis, which deals with czech football club in this comprehensive way. |
