| Abstract: | Tato práce se zabývá jedním z aktuálních témat současnosti, a to celoživotním vzděláváním. Klade si za cíl umožnit orientaci v této oblasti a představit hlavní možnosti, jaké nabízí pracovníkům v IT. Práci lze rozdělit na dvě části. První je teoretická, kde je definován proces celoživotního vzdělávání, formy vzdělávání a další důležité pojmy z této oblasti. Druhá přináší přehled nejčastěji používaných metod při vzdělávání pracovníků v IT. U každé je popsáno v čem spočívá a jaké jsou její hlavní výhody a nevýhody. Dále jsou zde specifikována jednotlivá kritéria, jež jsou sledovány u všech možností vzdělávání a dohromady tvoří jejich charakteristiky. V závěru jsou tyto charakteristiky porovnané v přehledné tabulce, což umožňuje zájemců o studium snadno zjistit, který typ vzdělávání je pro něj asi vhodný, a následně si o něm zjistit podrobnosti. |

| Abstract: | My thesis is focused on the one of the most actual theme of presence, which is lifelong education. It seeks to allow orientation in this area and present main possibilities, which brought to IT workers. The thesis should be divided into the two parts. First part is theoretical, in which are defined process of lifelong education, forms of education and other terms from this domain. The second part brought survey of methods used for education of IT workers. By each method is subscribed on which is based on, its advantages and disadvantages. Furthermore are specified particular criterions, which are monitored by each possibility and all together form entire characteristics. At the end are these characteristics compared in transparent table. That make interested person possible to discover which type of education is probably suitable for them and in consequence they can discover additional information. |
