| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je zkvalitnění procesů řízení projektů a samotného vývoje ve společnosti Actum s.r.o. Prostředkem k dosažení tohoto cíle mě bude sloužit ISO certifikace, kterou jsem zvolil jako vhodný nástroj optimalizace interní vývojové metodiky. Pro získání bližší představy co to ISO certifikace je, a jaké náležitosti obsahuje, provedu nejdříve analýzu tohoto dokumentu. V dalším kroku provedu analýzu současného stavu projektového řízení, určím jednotlivé fáze Project managementu a procesy, které z těchto fází vyplývají. Grafické znázornění procesů provedu pomocí use case diagramů. V třetím a posledním kroku navrhnu nápravná opatření ne a to takovým způsobem, který bude reflektovat požadavky ISO normy. Mnou navržené řešení nebude pouze akademické, nýbrž praktické a tyto návrhy budou realizovány v rámci společnosti Actum s.r.o. |

| Abstract: | The purpose of this bachelor thesis is the enhancement of the project management and development processes in the Actum s.r.o.. The instrument I have chosen to accomplish this goal is the ISO certificate, which I have picked up as a suitable tool of internal development methods optimalization. To obtain better view on what the ISO certificate is and what kind of procedures it contains I will analyze the document at first. Next step will be to analyze the current state of the Actum's processes, I will determine the particular phases of the project management and process workflows which are defined by those phases. I will use Use Case diagrams to show how the process looks like. In the final step I will design corrective measures which will be reflecting the norms of the ISO standard. The resolution defined by me will not be only theoretical but this resolution will be realized within the Actum Company. |
