| Abstract: | Tato práce je zaměřena na optimalizaci procesu spisové služby v distribuované společnosti a na ukázání možné cesty finančních úspor, které tato optimalizace může přinést. V první části práce jsou popsány všeobecné požadavky na práci s dokumenty. Jsou použity teoretické poznatky a poznatky z praxe od osob, které mají zkušenosti jak s fungováním distribuované společnosti, tak i se spisovou službou. Ve druhé části je popsán hypotetický výchozí stav spisové služby v Mateřské společnosti, a. s, a jejích dvou dceřiných společnostech Společnost A, a. s. a Společnost B, s. r. o. Tato část mimo jiné zahrnuje i popis některých problémů, které mohou při provedení změn v procesu spisové služby nastat. Jsou brány v potaz především legislativní nároky České republiky. Ve třetí části práce je popsána optimalizace procesu spisové služby. Je zde také uvedena možná podpora softwarovou aplikací. Ve čtvrté části jsou navrženy možné finanční úspory, které mohou vzniknout optimalizací procesu spisové služby v distribuované společnosti. |

| Abstract: | This assigment aims on the process optimation in distributed company and to point out possible financial savings that can such optimation brings. In the first part are described general requirments for working with documents. There are used teoretical knowledge and knowledge from practice of persons that have experiences with functioning distributed companies and with file services as well. In the second part is described hypotetic starting position of file services in Parent company Inc. and two subsidiary companies Company A Inc. and Company B limited. This part also contains description of some problems that can occure during changes in the file service. Mainly are impeched the legislative requirements in the Czech Republic. In the third part is mainly described optimation of file service process. In the fourth part are suggested possible financial savings that can occure by optimation of file services in distributed company. |
