| Abstract: | Práce srovnává uživatelská rozhraní webových a desktopových aplikací, hledá příčiny jejich odlišnosti z teoretického pohledu a ověřuje jejich platnost v praxi. Praktická část zahrnuje vlastní výzkum metodou heuristické analýzy pro porovnání použitelnosti rozhraní vybraných dvojic aplikací. Poslední část na základě dosavadního vývoje vztahu těchto dvou rozhraní stanovuje odhad, jak daleko povede jejich sbližování. |

| Abstract: | This paper compares and contrasts user interfaces of web-based and desktop applications. It analyzes reasons of their differences theoretically and then verifies the resulting hypotheses using real-world examples. Usability of chosen pairs of applications is compared using methods of heuristic evaluation. In last part, the paper estimates the future development of the interfaces convergence. |
