| Abstract: | Předmětem této bakalářské práce je analýza a srovnání tří webových stránek vybraných velkých evropských měst: Berlína, Vídně a Curychu. Nejprve jsou popsány okolnosti internetových stránek, jako internet a jazyk HTML. Následuje popis webových stránek měst, jejich základní legislativní úpravy a teoretická část je zakončena stručným popsáním způsobů hodnocení webových stránek. V první části analýzy je navržena metodika hodnocení obsahující několik skupin kritérií, jimž jsou přiřazeny různé váhy. V části druhé je potom provedeno samotné vyhodnocení výsledků celkových i v jednotlivých kategoriích. Nakonec jsou tyto výsledky vzájemně porovnány, stanoveny kritické nedostatky a doporučen způsob jejich odstranění. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this thesis is to analyze and compare three web sites of big European cities: Berlin, Vienna and Zürich. At first, several factors of internet pages are described, e.g. Internet and HTML language. These are followed by a description of city web pages, their regularization and the theoretical part is concluded by a brief description of evaluation methods of web pages. In the first part of the analysis, a methodology of evaluation containing several groups of criteria is designed. To them are then assigned different weights. The evaluation of partial, as well as total results is provided in the following part. Finally, the results are compared with one another, critical deficiencies are defined and a way of its elimination is proposed. |
