| Abstract: | Ve druhé kapitole jsem se pokusil o vysvětlení, co je finanční trh a k čemu na tomto trhu dochází. Pro bližší pochopení problematiky finančního trhu jsem pojednal o jeho struktuře a některých jeho funkcích. Ke konci kapitoly jsem se zmínil o regulaci a dohledu na finančních trzích, které je často spojováno s možnými příčinami této krize. Třetí kapitolu jsem věnoval problematice amerického hypotečního trhu. Hlavně jsem se zaměřil na druhy hypoték, které se na tamějším trhu poskytují a jaké jsou hypoteční nástroje. V další subkapitole jsem se snažil o vymezení pojmu sekuritizace, která je často skloňována v souvislosti s americkou hypoteční krizí, která předcházela té finanční. V praktické části jsem se pokusil o analýzu příčin krize, o jejím průběhu a následcích. Příčinou krize jsem shledal v americké hypoteční krizi, která vypukla v létě roku 2007. Analýzu vzniku hypoteční bubliny jsem rozdělil do tří etap. V první etapě dochází ke krachu technologického sektoru a reakce americké centrální banky na vzniklé problémy. V druhé etapě důsledkem levným půjček začala vznikat bublina na hypotečním trhu. V poslední etapě dochází už ke splasknutí hypoteční bubliny. |

| Abstract: | The goal of my bachelor thesis was to analyze causes and impacts of financil crisis of 21st century. The thesis was divided in two parts. The first one is discussing about the theory of the financial market, its functions, structure and regulation. In the second part I was trying to clear up the problem about causes of financial crisis. I my opinion the main cause of financial crisis is the mortgage crisis in american market. After that I was discribing the going of this crisis and in the end I was trying to discuss about impacts of crisis on american market, Evrope market and Czech market as well. |
