| Abstract: | V bakalářské práci píšu o poskytování hypotečních úvěrů. Věnuji se problematice zajištění úvěrů, státní podpoře, úrokovým sazbám, hypotečního trhu. Dále pak se zabývám financováním hypotečních úvěrů a samotným procesem uzavření smlouvy o poskytnutí hypotečního úvěru. |
