| Abstract: | Práce se zabývá analýzou současného důchodového systému v České republice. Analyzuje jeho hlavní problémy a zkoumá, zda je na základě zejména demografického vývoje tento systém dále udržitelný. Práce dále představuje alternativní způsoby financování důchodových systémů a hodnotí jejich použitelnost v podmínkách České republiky. Následuje analýza a hodnocení konkrétní reformy důchodového systému navržené současnou vládou ČR. V práci jsou rovněž nastíněny některé scénáře, které by mohly nastat v případě nepřijetí navrhované reformy. Cílem bakalářské práce je tak odpovědět na otázku, zda je reforma současného důchodového systému nezbytná a dále pak představit alternativní způsoby řešení reformy důchodového systému. Závěr práce spočívá ve zhodnocení těchto alternativních způsobů a ve vyslovení doporučení, který z nich by byl pro podmínky České republiky nejvhodnější. |

| Abstract: | My bachelor thesis is analyzing the current retirement system in The Czech republic. I attempt to analyze and examine its main problems, and to decide whether the system is sustainable concerning above all the demographic development in this country. The paper also suggests several alternative ways of financing retirement and it evaluates their applicability in the conditions of The Czech republic. The analysis of the specific retirement reform system proposed by the current government of The Czech republic follows. I also outline several different scenarios which could be implemented in case the suggested reform would not be carried out. The main goal of my bachelor thesis is to answer the question, whether a reform of the current retirement system is inevitable, together with presenting alternative ways to solve the problem of retirement system reform. The conslusion of my final paper consists of analysis of these alternative solutions and a suggestion of the most appropriate one for the conditions of The Czech republic. |
