| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se v teoretické části zabývá logistikou jako vědní disciplínou v souvislosti s výrobní firmou. V praktické části je pak zaměřena na zhodnocení logistického systému konkrétní výrobní firmy. Z toho vyplývají silné a slabé stránky, které jsou porovnány s cíli firmy. Řešení slabých stránek je poté nastíněno v závěrečné kapitole práce. |

| Abstract: | This thesis contains in the first part logistics theory specialized on production. In the practical part, a real company and it's logistics system is described. As a result, company's strenghts and weaknesses are compared with company's aims and strategies. Mentioned weaknesses are described in the last part of this thesis, this part also includes suggested solutions. |
