| Abstract: | This thesis describes the main aspects of event business organization, mainly specificities of conferences business around Europe and Russian Federation. Theoretical part includes service marketing and marketing mix. Practical part is focused on the conference organization by Jacob Fleming Company. Some examples of conference materials are provided at the end of the thesis. |

| Abstract: | Ve své práci jsem se zaměřila na hlavní aspekty pořádání pracovních akcí, hlavně v oblasti specifikací konferencí v Evropě a Ruské Federaci. Teoretická část se skládá z marketingu služeb a marketingového mixu. Praktická část se zaměřuje na proces pořádání konferencí na příkladu mezinárodní společnosti Jacob Fleming Company. Vybrané příklady konferencí spolu s jejími příslušnými materiály jsou uvedeny v konci mé práce. |
