| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá komunikací veřejné správy. Zaměřuje se na komunikační možnosti veřejné správy a představuje je teoreticky i prakticky. V první části práce jsou definovány základní pojmy komunikace. Autorka seznamuje s nástroji komunikace a jejich využitím ve veřejné správě a zdůrazňuje význam moderních komunikačních technologií. Dále je vymezena veřejná správa a aspekty ovlivňující její komunikaci. V poslední části práce jsou teoretické poznatky aplikovány na příklad z praxe a je představena komunikační strategie Magistrátu hl. m. Prahy. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis deals with communication of public administration. It is focused on communication ways of public administration. It presents them theoretically and practically. In the first part there are defined basic terms of communication. The author provides knowledge about communication tools and their usage in public administration. The importance of modern communication technologies is emphasized. Then the public administration and its aspects influencing its communication are presented. In the last part of this thesis the theoretical knowledge is applied to real practice and demonstrated on communication strategy of Prague' Magistrate. |
