| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá aktuálním tématem ubývání živočišných a rostlinných druhů. Definuje pojem biodiverzita, rozebírá důvody proč vůbec rozmanitost přírody chránit, jaká jsou její ohrožení a jakými způsoby lze rozmanitost chránit (závazně v rámci právních předpisů). Práce uvádí přehled legislativy na ochranu biodiverzity v České republice, a to konkrétně mezinárodní smlouvy přijaté ČR a zákony. Jsou zde uvedeny změny, které nastaly v souvislosti se vstupem do Evropské unie, především v zákoně č. 114/1992 Sb., o ochraně přírody a krajiny. Cílem je uvést přehled legislativy, která byla přijata v České republice za účelem ochrany biodiverzity, protože právní předpisy jsou jediná šance, jak uvést morální cítění Čechů chránit přírodu v realitu. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with an actual topic of animal and vegetal species extinction. It defines the term of biodiversity, discusses reasons why the diversity should be protected, what are its threats and how the diversity can be protected (obligatorily by law). There is introduced an overview of legislation for protection of biodiversity in the Czech Republic, specifically international treats adopted by the Czech Republic and laws. There are introduced changes which came about in context of entrance in European Union, mainly in law no. 114/1992 Sb., about protection of nature and country. The aim is to give an overview of the legislation which has been adopted in the Czech Republic to protect biodiversity because legal regulations are the only chance to bring moral sense of the Czechs to protect nature into reality. |
