| Abstract: | Cílem práce je prostřednictvím analýz prodejů vybraných produktů telekomunikační společnosti Telefónica O2 Czech Republic, a.s. -- internetu ADSL a IPTV popsat, jaký je jejich vývoj, jaký je jejich vztah ke konkurenci, jaké jsou trendy na trhu atd. a na základě nastíněných závěrů, zhodnotit, zda by mělo být pokračováno v poskytování služeb internetu ADSL/IPTV nebo nikoli, vybrat společnosti vhodnou strategii a nakonec namodelovat předpokládaný vývoj prodejů a výnosů z obou zkoumaných služeb pro roky 2009, 2010 a 2011. Pro to bude použita tzv. metoda klouzavého průměru. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this thesis is to choose two products of the telecommunication company Telefónica O2 Czech Republic, a.s. - internet ADSL/IPTV, through the sales analysis describe their development,competition, trends on the market etc. and in the end evaluate if it's efficient for the company to continue providing these services or not, choose a the best suitable strategy and simulate probable sales and revenues in 2009, 2010 and 2011. For this running average method will be used. |
