| Abstract: | V rámci této diplomové práce bylo provedeno ocenění Agentury STUDENT, která působí v oblasti personálních služeb. Konkrétně se jedná o poskytování brigádníků v regionu Prahy. Během procesu ocenění byla provedena strategická analýza, která popisuje situaci na relevantním trhu v letech 2001 - 2008. Po následné prověření finančního zdraví byla společnost oceněna metodou DCF equity a jako doplňující metoda byla zvolena metoda tržního porovnání. |

| Abstract: | In the context of this thesis was carried out valuation of Agentura STUDENT, which operates in the field of personnel services. Specifically, it is providing temporary workers in the region of Prague. During the process of valuation has been carried out a strategic analysis which describes the situation on the relevant market in the years 2001 - 2008. After subsequent examination of the financial health of the company was valued by DCF equity method and as an additional method has been chosen market comparison. |
