| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se věnuje nedostatku technických profesí na trhu práce, který pociťují zaměstnavatelé v oblasti průmyslu. Popisuje ekonomickou situaci České republiky a charakterizuje trh práce, jeho strukturu a požadavky na pracovní sílu. Zaměřuje se především na analýzu situace na vysokých školách. V práci je možné nalézt předpokládaný budoucí vývoj v těchto oborech a pro srovnání je k dispozici i přehled situace v jiných zemích Evropy. Sociální výzkum, který je součástí této práce, je zaměřen na studenty a absolventy VŠ s technickým zaměřením. Cílem této práce jsou možná opatření a doporučení v oblasti personální strategie a přístupu k oslovení nedostatkových pracovníků na trhu. |

| Abstract: | This study discusses the lack of technical professions at the labour market which is experienced by employers in industry areas. It describes the economic situation in the Czech Republic and characterises the labour market, its structure and labour force requirements. It mainly focuses on the analysis of tertiary education. The study also points out possible future development in these industries, for comparison is the analyse in other EU countries enclosed. The research, which is one of the main parts of this work is focused on the university students and graduates with technical specialization. The aim of this study is to suggest possible measures and recommendations in the area of personal strategy and scarce workers approach in the market. |
