| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se věnuje problematice controllingu v konkrétním podniku. První část se věnuje teoretické stránce - vymezení pojmu controlling, popisuje ho z pohledu strategického a operativního a charakteizuje jednotlivé činnosti v podniku. V druhé části je nejprve zmíněna charakteristika konkrétního podniku, v další fázi se praktická část zabývá významem použitím controllingu v dané firmě. Hlavním cílem práce bylo zjištění smyslupnosti a využití controllingu v daném podniku. |

| Abstract: | Diploma thesis deals with the issue of controlling in a specific company. The first part deals with theory - definition of controlling, describing it in strategic and operational terms and characterizes individual activities in the company. In the second part is mentioned characteristics of the particular company and discussions of the importance of controlling. The main goal was demonstration of meaningfullness and practical usefulness of controlling in the company. |
