| Abstract: | Diplomová práce charakterizuje základní rysy Společné zemědělské politiky Evropské unie a České republiky jako členského státu EU. Jsou definovány principy, cíle a samotná podstata SZP. V jednotlivých podkapitolách jsou shrnuty reformy, kterými zemědělská politika v rámci svého vývoje prošla, dále systém financování SZP EU v historii až po současnost. V rámci České republiky je rozebrán vývoj zemědělství před a po aplikaci principů SZP. Je analyzován zemědělský sektor z hlediska zaměstnanosti, půdního fondu a vybraných komodit. Práce dále seznamuje s Politikou rozvoje venkova v ČR pro období 2007-2013. Jsou zde porovnávány vybrané produkty živočišné výroby v ČR a EU. Poslední kapitola analyzuje komoditu vína a vinné révy, společnou zemědělskou organizaci trhu s vínem EU a trh vína v ČR. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis gives an outline of the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) of the European Union and the Czech Republic, a member state of the EU. The definitions provided include principles, objectives and the nature and function of the CAP. Individual subchapters contain summary of the reform which the agricultural policy must have gone through throughout its development; also the summary explains the system of how the EU is funding and have funded the CAP in the course of history and today. Further, the thesis dwells on analyzing the agricultural development in the Czech Republic before and after the CAP principles have been applied. The analysis focuses on the agricultural sector from the point of view of employment of labour, soil fund, and selected commodities. Next, the thesis describes the Rural Development Policy in the Czech Republic as outlined and implemented for the period between 2007-2013. The comparative analysis comprises selected products of livestock production carried out in the Czech Republic and in the EU. The last chapter analyzes commodities that include wine and grape-vine, and common agricultural organization of the European wine market, and the Czech wine market itself. |
