| Abstract: | Diplomová práce řeší problém začátku malého podnikání. V teoretické části byl dán výklad kroků vedoucí k založení firmy, volbě právní formy a tvorbě podnikatelského plánu. V praktické části byl vytvořen podnikatelský plán na firmu zabývající se prodejem stavebního materiálu. Celý dokument by měl sloužit jako manuál pro začínajícího podnikatele. |

In the theoretical part has been given an interpretation of the steps leading to the company establishment, choosing the legal form and creating a business plan. In the practical part was created a business plan for a company engaged in building materials sale. The entire document should serve as a manual for starting entrepreneurs. |
