| Abstract: | Stanoveným problémem diplomové práce je absence etického řízení v Linet spol. s r.o. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny pojmy z olasti řízení lidských zdrojů a etiky. V praktické části se nachází průzkum o etickém povědomí v podniku a na základě výsledků je podán návrh etického kodexu. Práce je prakticky zaměřena, povede k návrhu a implementaci etického kodexu a etické politiky organizace. Mezi cíle práce patří přinést změnu do místa realizace a vzbudit v zúčastněnch osobách zájem o etiku. |

| Abstract: | The thesis is practically oriented and leading to design and implementation of the Code of Ethics and ethical policy into the organization. In the theoretical section the concepts of human resource management and ethics are explained. The practical part consists of a survey about the ethic behavior in the organization and of the results of a survey. Based on the results there is a concept of Code of Ethics for the surveyed organization. |
