| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce je představit a zhodnotit využívání nástrojů a opatření, které má České republika v boji proti nezaměstnanosti k dispozici, tedy nejen využívání národních nástrojů ale i prostředků a opatření v rámci Evropské unie. V úvodní části jsou vymezeny základní pojmy související s touto problematikou. Další dvě části jsou věnovány politice zaměstnanosti České republiky a Evropské unie a představují programy v České republice spolufinancované z Evropského sociálního fondu. Čtvrtá část analyzuje vývoj nezaměstnanosti v České republice od roku 1989 až po současnou ekonomickou krizi. V páté části je provedeno zhodnocení využití nástrojů aktivní politiky zaměstnanosti zaměřené na rekvalifikace, čerpání prostředků z Evropského sociálního fondu a zhodnocení konkrétního realizovaného projektu. V závěru práce jsou uvedeny návrhy možných řešení nezaměstnanosti. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the thesis is to introduce and evaluate usage of instruments and arrangements which the Czech Republic keeps at disposal in fight with unemployment. That means not only the usage of national instruments but also arrangements of the European Union. The beginning of thesis describes the basic theory of unemployment. Next two parts address the employment policy of the Czech Republic and the European Union and introduce programs of the European Social Fund used in the Czech Republic. The next part analyzes development of unemployment in the Czech Republic from 1989 until the recent economic crises. The fifth part evaluates the usage of instruments of active employment policy, especially requalification, financial means from the European Social Fund and evaluates the realized project. The end of the thesis includes suggestions how to solve unemployment. |
