| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou nástrojů a metod používaných při výběrovém řízení a následném porovnání teorie s praxí ve společnosti ČSOB. Důraz je kladen na určení předností a nedostatků jednotlivých nástrojů a metod. Součástí je i dotazníkové šetření na spokojenost zaměstnanců s celkovým procesem výběrového řízení. Diplomová práce se skládá ze 7 kapitol. |
