| Abstract: | Teoretická část se zabývá multilevel marketingem, principy, na kterých stojí a odlišnostmi od přímého prodeje. Dále se zaměřuje na pyramidové hry, analyzuje rozdíly mezi pyramidovými hrami a multilevel marketingem a poukazuje na důvody nelegálnosti pyramidových her. Praktická část se věnuje společnosti Amway Corporation, na její historii a soudní spor, kterým prošla. Poté jsou zde analyzovány principy multilevel marketingu ve společnosti, představeny produktové řady společnosti a její česká pobočka. |

| Abstract: | The theoretical part discusses multilevel marketing, the basic principles and the differences between multilevel marketing and the direct selling. It focuses further on the pyramid schemes, analyses the differences between pyramid schemes and multilevel marketing and points out the reasons of illegality of pyramid schemes. The practical part focuses on Amway Corporation, its history and the legal process which it went through. Also, the principles of multilevel marketing in this company are analyzed, the product lines described and its Czech branch presented. |
