| Abstract: | V první části jsou popsána teoretická východiska a právní vymezení ochrany spotřebitele. Druhá část je věnována tabákovým výrobkům. Jsou zde uvedeny jejich druhy a tabákové společnosti působící na českém trhu. Třetí část rozebírá konkrétní zákony, které se týkají výroby a prodeje tabákových výrobků. Je zaměřena hlavně na regulaci tabákového průmyslu. Poslední část se zabývá kouřením. Nastiňuje problém kouření mládeže a popisuje některé protikuřácké organizace a kampaně. |

| Abstract: | The first section describes the theoretical background and the legal definition of consumer protection. The second part is devoted to tobacco products. Here are given their types and tobacco companies operating in the Czech market. The third part examines the specific laws that relate to the production and sale of tobacco products. It is mainly focused on regulating the tobacco industry. The last part deals with smoking. It outlines the problem of youth smoking, and describes some anti-smoking organizations and campaigns against smoking. |
