| Abstract: | Hlavním cílem práce je analýza aktuální situace v oblasti důchodového pojištění ve Spolkové republice Německo a prognóza budoucího vývoje a s ním spojených možných rizik v oblasti financování v přímé souvislosti s měnící se demografickou strukturou obyvatelstva. Práce se nejprve zaměří na fungování celého systému, na jeho historii, současnou situaci, financování a realizované a plánované reformy. Jádrem práce pak bude odhalení problémů financování, vyplývajících z budoucího demografického vývoje v následujících desetiletích a postižení vlivu nezaměstnanosti. Dále budou zobrazeny možné alternativy individuálního důchodového pojištění v podobě soukromého důchodového připojištění s možností přímé či nepřímé státní podpory. Závěr práce odpoví na otázku, jakým způsobem budou vypláceny starobní důchody českým občanům, kteří v SRN dlouhodobě pracují. |

| Abstract: | The principal aim of this bachelor thesis is analysis of a current situation/state of pension insurance in Germany and forecasting of its future development regarding the possible risks of financing in connection with the changing of demographic structure of the German population. First, this work will focus on the system functioning, its history, present situation, financing and current as well as planned reforms. The gist of the analysis reveals problems of financing resulting from the expected demographic development and it will also detect the influence of unemployment. Next, the work will describe the alternatives of individual pension insurance in the form of private retirement income insurance with direct or indirect state contribution. The conclusion will show the way in which pensions will be paid out to Czech citizens who work in Germany on a long-term basis. |
