| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce stručně popisuje vývoj nákupního chování spotřebitelů v ČR a jmenuje nejdůležitější vlivy ovlivňující zákazníka. Ve druhé části charakterizuje obchodní vybavenost Prahy. Následující kapitola uvádí způsob, jakým byl proveden výzkum. V poslední kapitole je obsažena analýza nákupního chování zákazníků v Praze na základě vlastního dotazníkového šetření. |

| Abstract: | Bachelor thesis briefly describes a development of shopping behaviour of the customers and names the most important factors influencing customer. In the second part, retail network in Prague is characterized. The next chapter describes the way of acquiring the data for the analysis and the last chapter contains the analysis of customers' shopping behaviour from Prague on the basis of its author's survey. |
