Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. V první částí je popsám metodologický aparát. V druhé části je tento aparát aplikován na v praxi. |

The planned mergers in 2006. The work is divided into two parts. Methodological apparatus is described in the first part. In the second part this apparatus is applied to in practice. |
