| Abstract: | Ve své bakalářské práci se zabývám postavením a fungováním zdravotních pojišťoven v České republice. V teoretické části se zaměřuji na historický vývoj a funkci postavení zdravotních pojišťoven v ČR a vývoj veřejného zdravotního pojištění. Rozebírám problematiku řízení pojišťoven, jejich financování, přerozdělování financí, kterými disponují a jejich hospodaření. Dále se moje práce věnuje systému zdravotního pojištění USA, s jeho tržními principy, které následně porovnávám se systémem v ČR. V neposlední řadě se zabývám navrhovanými změnami zdravotních pojišťoven, které jsou součástí navrhované reformy zdravotnictví ČR, jejich možnými přínosy či nevýhodami. V poslední fázi rozebírám nejaktuálnější část reformy zdravotnictví, tedy regulační poplatky. |

| Abstract: | The object of this thesis is the status and operation of health insurance companies in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part focuses on the historical development, function and the position of health insurance companies in the Czech Republic and the development of public health insurance. It analyzes the problems of management of insurance companies, their financing, the allocation of funds which they hold and their management. In addition, my work deals with the U.S. health insurance system, with its market-based principles that are subsequently compared with the system in the Czech Republic. Last but not least, we are dealing with proposed changes to health insurance companies that are part of the proposed reform of the health sector, their potential benefits or disadvantages. There is examined the most recent part of health reform, the regulatory charges, in the last stage. |
