| Abstract: | Trh práce je neustále ovlivňován mnoha různými faktory, přičemž vzdělání je jedním z nejdůležitějších. Záměrem mé práce bude na základě komparace vzdělávacích soustav České republiky a Nizozemska ukázat, jak moc je důležitý proces vzdělávání pro uplatnění absolventů na pracovním trhu. Nizozemsko patří k zemím s nejnižší mírou nezaměstnanosti, disponující unikátním vzdělávacím systémem, naopak Česká republika má míru nezaměstnanosti jednu z nejvyšších v Evropě a potýká se s nutností reformy českého školství. Ve své práci se budu zabývat popisem a analýzou výhod a nevýhod jednotlivých systémů vzdělávání, vlivem vzdělanostních struktur obyvatel na trh práce. Budu se ptát, zda platí, že nejlepší uplatnění na trhu práce mají absolventi vysokých škol a porovnávat obě země podle zvolených ukazatelů. V závěru bych chtěla představit jednotlivá doporučení, která by bylo vhodné v rámci České republiky uplatnit. |

| Abstract: | The labour market is constantly impressed with many elements, whereas the education is the most important one of them. On the basis of comparison of czech and dutch educational system the goal will show, how important is the education attainment of citizens for finding work in the labour market. The Netherlands is one of the countries with the lowest unemployment rate, having unique educational system, by contrast the Czech republic has one of the highest unemployment rates in Europe, having problems with educational system, which needs to be re-formed. I am going to deal with description and analyse the advantage and disadvantage of each educational system, impact of educational attainment inhabitants in the labour market, if we can say, that the graduates have the best conditions in the labour market. Afterwards I will compare the both countries by other relevant factors as well. In conclusion I would like to present some recommendation, which would be useful realized in the Czech republic. |
