| Abstract: | Práce je zaměřena na vysvětlení existence a racionality smluv, které zabezpečují určitému podnikatelskému subjektu výlučné právo distribuovat určitý výrobek na daném národním trhu, a na cenové rozdíly mezi trhy, které v důsledku toho existují. Ve první části se pokusím najít vysvětlení, kdo z tohoto uspořádání získává a zda je takovéto uspořádání z hlediska jeho účastníků racionální a z hlediska celého trhu efektivní. V druhé části práce na vybraných příkladech z praxe (trh se značkovými parfémy) popíši existující situaci na trhu a motivace jednotlivých účastníků trhu. Zaměřím se zejména na fenomén tzv. dekódování, jímž jsou smlouvy obcházeny, na jeho legálnost a jeho vliv na ceny. |

| Abstract: | The work is focused on explaining the existence and rationality of contracts, which provide specific business entity the exclusive right to distribute a product in the national market, and price differences between markets, which as a result, there are. In the first part I will try to find an explanation of who gains from this arrangement and whether such an arrangement in terms of its participants is a rational and efficient for whole market In the second part of work on selected examples of practice (the market of branded perfumes) I description of the existing market situation and motivation of individual market participants. Focus particularly on the phenomenon of so-called decoding, which circumvented the contract, its legality and its effect on prices. |
