| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se pokouší zachytit nastupující vlnu nekuřáckých restaurací a podobných nekuřáckých zařízení v Praze. Klade si za cíl zjistit, zda se nekuřácký podnik dokáže prosadit na trhu a zda si získá dostatečnou klientelu. Naopak tématem zjišťování také je možné snížení počtu návštěvníků a ekonomické ztráty u kuřáckých restaurací, hospod a barů po zavedení protikuřáckých zákonů a nařízení. Tyto údaje jsou získány formou dotazníků. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na polemiku o nutnosti státní regulace, zvláště v oblasti ochrany nekuřáků v restauracích. Dále se zabývá důležitostí role spotřebitele ve vztahu restaurací a státu. Práce se snaží odpovědět na otázku, jestli stát příliš neomezuje vlastnická práva v boji proti kouření a zda zdravotní hledisko problému není zde druhořadé. |

| Abstract: | This baccalaureate thesis tries to grasp the ingoing wave of nonsmoking restaurants and similar nonsmoking entities in Prague. It aims to find the possibility of nonsmoking enterprise to profit on common market and its attraction of customers. On the other hand this thesis deals with the potentiality of lessening of customers and profits of nonsmoking restaurants, pubs and bars after introduction of smoking prohibiting laws and rules. These data are obtained from questionnaires. The theoretical part focuses on polemic about the necessity of state regulation, especially in the area of protection of nonsmokers in restaurants. Further it deals with the importance of customer with his relationship to the restaurant and state. This work tries to solve the question if the state does not derogate too much the ownership rights in his battle against smoking and if the health issue in this context is not inferior. |
