| Abstract: | Česká republika je považována za zemi se zbytečně velkým počtem kasin a heren. V této práci je zkoumáno, zda tomu skutečně tak je, v porovnání s ostatními evropskými zeměmi, zejména se zeměmi s podobným historickým vývojem, jako má Česká republika. V této souvislosti se výzkum zaměřil, zda je příčinou současný platný loterní zákon, a proto je porovnán s určitými zeměmi světa. Dále výzkum zjišťuje, jaké přínosy má takto rozvinutý herní trh pro ekonomiku a současně jaká negativa tento vývoj přináší pro lidskou společnost. Návazně na tento výzkum jsou navržena opatření, která by ekonomické přínosy zachovala, avšak, která by vedla k omezení negativních jevů doprovázející rozvoj sázkových her. |

| Abstract: | The Czech Republic is considered to be a country with unnecessarily big amount of casinos and gaming halls. It is examined in this work if it is a reality compared with other European countries, especially with countries having a similar historical development as the Czech Republic have had. In connection with all that the research was intent on investigation if the valid lottery law is a cause of the situation. That is why the Czech lottery law was in comparison with some of countries of the world. Further-more the research finds out what benefits the developed gaming market brings to the economy and what negatives the gaming has. Additionally there are some measures suggested which should keep up economic benefits and lead to a restriction of negatives accompanying a development of gaming. |
