| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá charakteristikou zajištění, právní úpravou, zajistným programem a zajistnou smlouvou. Důležitou součástí diplomové práce je nová úprava zajištění. Zde jsem vyzdvihla hlavně změny, které nová úprava zajištění zanese do oblasti pojištění. Na závěr diplomové práce se zaměřuji na první specializovanou zajišťovnu v České republice. Zajištění hraje v soukromém pojišťovnictví nezastupitelnou úlohu. Usnadňuje rozložení pojistných a zajistných rizik na celosvětové úrovni, zvyšuje pojišťovnám či zajišťovnám jejich pojistnou či zajistnou kapacitu. Zajištění je důležité z důvodu finanční stability pojišťoven a zajišťoven, protože je základním prvkem v zabezpečení úrovně finančního zdraví a stability pojistných trhů. |

| Abstract: | Thesis deals with security characteristics, legislation, premiums and reinsurance treaty program. An important part of the thesis is to ensure the new arrangements. Here I highlighted the major changes that the new rules provide for entry into the field of insurance. Finally, the thesis focuses on the first specialized undertaking in the Czech Republic. Securing private insurance plays an irreplaceable role. Facilitates the distribution of insurance and reinsurance risks at the global level, increased insurance and reinsurance of the insurance and reinsurance capacity. Reinsurance is important because of the financial stability of insurance and reinsurance, it is an essential element in ensuring the financial soundness and stability of insurance markets. |
