| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce popisuje změny v letecké dopravě spojené s využitím moderních poznatků a informačních technologií s důrazem na roli Mezinárodního sdružení leteckých dopravců. Nejprve pojednává o letecké dopravě v cestovním ruchu, v této části charakterizuje vývoj distribuce letecké přepravy, důležitost globálních distribučních systémů a přechod na elektronické letenky. Dále zahrnuje jednotlivé projekty z iniciativy Mezinárodního sdružení leteckých dopravců Simplifying the Business. Práci uzavírá kapitola o nákladní letecké dopravě, ve které je zvláštní pozornost věnována projektu Mezinárodního sdružení leteckých dopravců e-freight, tj. elektronizaci nákladní letecké dopravy. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis describes changes in air transport related to usage of up-to-date knowledge and information technology, emphasizing the role of the International Air Transport Association. The role of air transport in tourism is characterized at first, this part deals with development of distribution of air transport, importance of global distribution systems and transition to electronic tickets. Particular projects from International Air Transport Association's programme Simplifying the Business are included next. The thesis concludes with chapter about air cargo, in which the International Air Transport Association's project e-freight is stressed. |
