| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je zprostředkovat základní informace o hospodářských trestných činech a o trestných činech proti pořádku ve věcech veřejných. Jedním úkolem práce je vytvoření přehledu všech trestných činů spadajících do těchto skupin. Druhým úkolem je charakterizovat některé vybrané trestné činy z každé kategorie. Výběr proběhl na základě předem stanoveného klíče. Úvodní část práce se věnuje základům trestního práva, bez kterých by bylo nesnadné pochopit charakteristiku jednotlivých trestných činů. |

| Abstract: | The target of this Bachelor thesis is to provide the main information about the economic crimes and about the crimes against the public policy. The first task of this paper is to create a summery of all crimes from these groups. The second task is to describe some chosen crimes from the each group. The selection has been done on the base of a before set key. The introduction of this paper concerns about the basic knowledge of the penal law. Without this basic knowledge it should not be easy to understand the description of particular crimes. |
