| Abstract: | Ve své bakalářské práci se zabývám firemní kulturou nadnárodní společnosti. Práce je členěna do dvou částí -- teoretické a praktické. První vymezuje obsah firemní kultury, její determinanty, faktory implementace, typologie. Druhá část popisuje firemní kulturu na příkladu konkrétní nadnárodní společnosti, zabývá se atributy dané firemní kultury a popisuje střet kultur v této společnosti. |

| Abstract: | This thesis concerns the corporate culture of a multinational company. The thesis is dividend into two parts -- theoretical and practical one. The first one defines the content of corporate culture, its determinants, implementation factors, typologies. The second part describes the corporate culture of a particular multinational company, deals with the attributes of this corporate culture and describes the conflict of cultures in this company. |
