| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá prostorovým plánováním ve Francii. V první části práce je vystižena obecná charakteristika země a jejího využití území. V otázce samotného prostorového plánování je popsána historie prostorového plánování, která udala směr plánování ve Francii. Je zde vytvořen základní přehled orgánů a institucí, které se zabývají prostorovým plánováním, a nástrojů jimi využívaných. Další část práce se věnuje prostorovému plánování v České republice. Zahrnuje historický základ plánování u nás, soustavu orgánů a institucí působících v oblasti plánování a opět je zde shrnutý přehled nástrojů využívaných v plánování ČR. Na základě analýz obou systémů prostorového plánování jsou země porovnány. Závěrem práce je shrnutí základních společných znaků a rozdílů v plánování ČR a Francie. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis is based on the problem of spatial planning in France. The first part is the general characteristics of France and its land use. The part about the system of French spatial planning consists of a description of the history, from which the French spatial planning gets its direction. Then there is a list of authorities and institutions of spatial planning with their essential characterization. The last part dealing with France is a summary of instruments used in spatial planning. The next part focuses on the Czech Republic and its spatial planning. It includes a historical chapter of Czech spacial planning. Next we find a structure of authorities and insitutions and, again, the instruments of spatial planning. In term of the two analyses, I have made a comparison of these two systems of spatial planning. I have found some interesting correspondences as well as some differences. |
