| Abstract: | Práce shrnuje obecné termíny, popisuje přínosy a rizika plánování se zapojením veřejnosti. Vysvětluje co je to komunitní plánování, popisuje postup tvorby struktury organizace procesu komunitního plánování, tvorbu komunitního plánu a kontrolu realizace jednotlivých aktivit. V praktické části se zaměřuje na komunitní plánování v Borovanech, kde popisuje průběh plánování, hodnotí jej a vyvozuje závěry. |

| Abstract: | The task summarises general terms, describes bonuses and risks of planning with the public involved. It explains what community planning is. The task also describes the procedure of community planning formation process, the creation of a community plan and the realization of individual activities including their supervision. The practical part focuses on community planning in Borovany and describes the process of planning there, evaluates it and draws conclusions. |
