| Abstract: | Tato práce se zabývá hodnocením protikorupční politiky České republiky, přičemž se snaží odpovědět na otázku, jak efektivní jsou současná česká protikorupční opatření a jaká opatření je třeba dále přijmout, aby bylo možno korupci potírat účinněji. První kapitola je zaměřena na typologii korupce, výskyt různých forem korupce v České republice, popsání korupčních mechanismů a důsledků i cílů korupčního jednání. Druhá kapitola sleduje vývoj české protikorupční politiky od roku 1993 až dodnes a hodnotí průběžné dosažené pokroky. Třetí kapitola konečně hodnotí účinnost některých nejúčinnějších protikorupčních nástrojů České republiky a doporučuje další. |

| Abstract: | The thesis evaluates the anti-corruption policy of the Czech Republic while trying to find out how effective the current Czech anti-corruption measures are and what measures need to be taken in order to improve its efficiency. The first chapter treats the typology of corruption, the occurence of its various forms in the Czech Republic, the description of the corruption mechanisms and the goals of corrupt behaviour as well as its consequences. The next chapter observes the Czech anti-corruption policy's development since 1993 up till today and evaluates the progress made so far. The third chapter, finally, evaluates the efficiency of some of the most effective current anti-corruption instruments of the Czech Republic and recommends other measures to be taken. |
