| Abstract: | Cílem mé bakalářské práce je vypracovat finanční analýzu podniku Třinecké železárny, a.s. a posoudit jeho finanční zdraví z pohledu externího uživatele. Důvod mého rozhodnutí pro výběr společnosti Třinecké železárny a.s. je to, že daná společnost má konkurenceschopné a silné postavení v české ekonomice. Na základě teoretických dovedností získaných během mého studia na Vysoké škole ekonomické, prozkoumám majetkový a finanční stav dané společnosti. Mým účelem je zhodnotit celkovou finanční situaci podniku a ukázat na slabá místa, která by podnik mohla ohrozit. Tato analýza se skládá z teoretické a aplikační části. V teoretické části uvedu formulace výpočtů a postupů. Aplikační část se bude zabývat uvedením dat, které jsem s těchto výpočtů dostal a které také okomentuji. Celkově se analýza bude zabývat obdobím šesti let, a to od roku 2002 do roku 2007 |

| Abstract: | The goal of my work is to develop a financial analysis of the Trinecke iron Co. Ltd., and explore its financial health from the external point of view. The main reason for my decision to choose the company as Trinecke iron Ltd. is that the company has a strong competitive advantage in the Czech economy. According to the teoretical skills recieved during my studies at the University of Economics, I' am trying to examine property and financial status of the company. My purpose is to sum up and review the financial situation and show the weaknesses that would jeopardize the enterprise. This analysis consists of the teoretical and practical parts. In the theoretical part I will bring the wording of the calculations and procedures. The application part will be dealing with data and these calculations I've got, and also bring you the detailed descriptions. Overall, the analysis will be concerned with the six years period, from 2002 to 2007 |
