| Abstract: | Tato teoretická práce se soustředí na aspekty, kterými kultura ovlivňuje informační a komunikační technologie a také naopak. V rámci životního cyklu informačního systému se pokusíme identifikovat problematické oblasti kulturních vlivů a nalézt k nim v hodná teoretická východiska. Zaměření první části tematizuje základní pojmy informace a znalosti s přihlédnutím na sociokulturní aspekty informačních a komunikačních technologií. V druhé části práce se pokusíme stanovit problematické či přínosné oblasti vlivu kultury v rámci životního cyklu informačního systému. Východiskem pro ověření či vyvrácení našich předpokladů budou dostupné studie na toto téma z elektronických zdrojů. |

| Abstract: | This paper tries to identify how culture influences information and communication technology (ICT) as well as vice versa. Within the life cycle of an information system (IS) we will attempt to describe problems and benefits of cultural issues and find out an appropriate theory. First part contains basic concepts of information and knowledge which are related to sociocultural aspects of ICT. In the second part we will determine cultural influences to the life cycle of IS. We will compare our presumptions with several case studies from the online sources. |
