| Abstract: | Cílem práce je zhodnocení vlivu offshore outsourcingu v oblasti informačních technologií na ekonomický vývoj Indie. První kapitola se soustředí na fenomén outsourcingu v dnešní světové ekonomice, včetně jeho důvodů, přínosů a rizik. Druhá kapitola se zabývá hospodářským vývojem Indie a jejími silnými a slabými stránkami s ohledem na poskytování outsourcingu. Závěrečná kapitola hodnotí vliv outsourcingu informačních technologií na ekonomiku Indie za pomoci některých makroekonomických ukazatelů (HDP, platební bilance, PZI) a naznačuje možné trendy dalšího vývoje. |

| Abstract: | The objective of the thesis was to evaluate the influence of the information technology outsourcing on the economic development of India. The first chapter focuses on the phenomenon of outsourcing in today's world economy, including its reasons, benefits and risks. The second chapter deals with economic development of India and its strengths and weaknesses with regard to outsourcing. The final chapter evaluates the influence of information technology outsourcing on the economy of India with the help of some macroeconomic indicators (GDP, balance of payments, FDI) and indicates possible trends of its future development. |
