| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce je specifikace kritérií, na jejichž základě lze odborníka v oboru cestovního ruchu považovat za Osobnost v cestovním ruchu v České republice. Kromě výkladu pojmu osobnost z vědeckého hlediska je součástí práce také úvaha, zda a do jaké míry může osobnost v ČR ovlivnit cestovní ruch. Další část práce se zaměří na konkrétní osobnosti - od počátků cestovního ruchu v ČR až po současnost. Základem práce je výzkum širokého spektra názorů, mezi dotazovanými nechybí odborníci v oboru, pedagogové, studenti a laická veřejnost. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the Bachelor thesis is to specify the criteria on which the expert in tourism is considered to be a Personality in tourism in the Czech Republic. In addition to interpretation of the concept of personality from a scientific point of view, the work also includes a consideration whether and to what extent a personality may affect tourism in the Czech republic. Another part of the work focuses on a specific personality - from the beginning of tourism in the Czech Republic to the present. The foundation-stone of the work is a research on wide range of views - among respondents appear experts in the field, educators, students as well as general public. |
