| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce je prozkoumat a posoudit postup obsazování pracovních míst v IT firmě. Je zaměřena na získávání, výběr a přijímání zaměstnanců IT firmě a jejím cílem je analyzovat používané metody a postupy při vybraných personálních činností, pokusit se najít nedostatky a navrhnout možná zlepšení. |

| Abstract: | The goal is explore a procedure of seizing working places. The aim of thesis is to analyse the selected personnel activities (the creation and analysis of jobs, personnel planning, acquisition, selection, recruitment) in the IT company and on the basis of theoretical knowledge and the data obtained to identify the strengths and weaknesses, to reason them and to try to propose alternative solutions. |
