| Abstract: | Tématem práce je analýza politiky Neratovic z pohledu zapojení občanů do jejího rozhodování. Cílem práce je zjistit, zda jsou obyvatelé Neratovic spíše aktivními občany, tj. zda využívají plně všech svých možností participace, či zda jsou spíše pasivními občany, kteří se o dění ve městě příliš nezajímají a do její politiky nezasahují, a jaké mají tyto postoje občanů k věcem veřejným příčiny. Práce analyzuje možnost podílet se na rozhodování v obci, přibližuje problematiku města Neratovic, zkoumá místní občanské aktivity, především petiční iniciativy a projekty se zapojením veřejnosti. Zabývá se také vzájemnou komunikací mezi vedením města a občany a navrhuje opatření k jejímu zlepšení. |

| Abstract: | This thesis focuses on the analysis of the policy of Neratovice in terms of citizen involvement in decision making in the town. The main goal is to ascertain whether or not the inhabitants of Neratovice are active citizens; i.e. do they exploit the possibilities of participation, or are they rather passive citizens who are uninterested in the town's events, and thus they do not intervene into its policy. This work is also interested in obtaining the underlying causes which affect the activity or lack there of. The thesis analyzes the possibilities of participation in decision making in a town, it represents the problems of Neratovice, and it studies local community activities, such as petition initiatives and projects with citizen involvement. It also focuses on mutual communication between town government and citizens and it proposes its improvement. |
