| Abstract: | V první kapitole práce pojednává o zahraniční zadluženosti obecně, její definici, podstatě a příčinách a důsledcích vysoké míry zahraniční zadluženosti. V druhé kapitole se zaměřuje na problém vysokého zahraničního zadlužení u rozvojových zemí, jeho vývoj a na vývoj a výsledky oddlužovacích iniciativ. V poslední třetí kapitole práce zkoumá externí zadluženost konkrétně v zemích Subsaharské Afriky a uvádí výhledy do budoucna pro tento region. |

| Abstract: | In the first chapter the thesis concentrates on the external indebtedness in general, on its definition, essence and the causes and consequences of high levels of external debt. In the second chapter it focuses on the actual problem of high external debt burden of the developing countries, its evolution and the progress and outcomes of the initiatives, which have been trying to reduce the undesirable levels of external debt of the developing world. In the last third chapter it studies the external debt specifically in Sub-Saharan Africa and and looks into the future of the region. |
