| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce je zanalyzovat stimulační systém společnosti ROSS Holding, s.r.o. Práce je složena z teoretické a praktické části. V teoretické části přibližuje pojmy motivace a stimulace, představuje základní motivační teorie a nastiňuje použití stimulace v praxi. Praktická část se věnuje představení zkoumané firmy, jejího stávajícího stimulačního systému a samotné analýze stimulace zaměstnanců a jejich spokojenosti se stimulačním systémem. |

| Abstract: | The goal of bachelor thesis is to analyse stimulative system of ROSS Holding, s.r.o. The thesis consists of theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part explains concepts of motivation and stimulation, introduces basic theories of motivation and outlines the usage of stimulation in practise. The practical part deals with introduction of examined company, her current stimulative system and with analysis of stimulation of employees and their satisfaction with the stimulative system. |
