| Abstract: | V dněšní době otázka vstupu Ruské federace do WTO je zajímavá a aktuální. Jednání Ruska s členskými zeměmi WTO trvají již 15 let, ale doposud Rusko nepřistoupilo do Světové obchodní organizace. Cílem této bakalářské práce je ukázat význam potenciálního vstupu do WTO pro ruskou ekonomiku z hlediska výhod i nevýhod, prozkoumat, v čem spočívá problém dlouhodobě trvajících jednání Ruska s členy WTO, odhalit sporné body a překážky, které brání Rusku přistoupit k WTO. Těmto otázkam věnuji převážnou část práci. Také jsou v práci prozkoumány mechanismus procesu a postup Ruska v tomto směru z hlediska úspěšné spolupráce s orgány WTO. Kromě toho, zaměřuji se i na možné dopady předpokladeného vstupu Ruska do organizace na členské země a uvádím jejich názor na tento proces. |

| Abstract: | Nowadays the problem of Russian federation's entering the WTO is interesting and actual. The proces of dealing with the members of the WTO has been lasting for already 15 years but Russia is not a member yet. The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to show the meaning of potential accession to the World Trade Organization for Russian economy from the positive and negative points of view. In my work I am searching for the solution of the long-term discussions of Russia and members and I am trying to reveal barriers and matters of argument that make the process of accession so long. In connection with this the whole progression of Russia in this direction is being observed with the view to a successful dealing with the members of the WTO. I am focusing on possible results of the supposed Russia's entering the WTO and I show the opinion of the particular members. |
